As an engineer with 7 years of site management experience on large-scale civil and real estate developments across Europe and the Middle East, he combines technical depth with international execution. He further completed his MBA from SDA Bocconi in Milan, and Kellogg School of Management in Chicago, after which he spent a few years at a top-tier strategy consulting firm in the Middle East.

In 2025, he decided to return to his operational roots. After partnering for over a year with premium arena builders across the world, he founded EQUIA. Klaas personally leads every project, ensuring you have a single, trusted partner from initial call to final delivery.
